NYC Penthouse

This mid-town Manhattan apartment has arresting views coupled with the client’s museum-quality contemporary art collection. What was interesting about this job was how little was done to the apartment structurally with most of our team’s scope of work focused on producing and installing the designer’s incredible finishes and custom designed elements.

“We are building your home & we take that seriously.”

West Village Loft

The goal in this downtown Manhattan loft was to create structure in each space while still maintaining a contemporary, open feel. The home features an incredible amount of custom, built-in cabinetry and bespoke furniture pieces dreamed up by the legendary design firm that enhance and maintain the historic provenance of the building.

“We are a hybrid between an owner’s representative and a construction manager. We have been on both sides of the project.”

Hampton Bays Contemporary

This house sits on a bluff overlooking the Peconic Bay. It was an incredibly complicated ground-up build with many unusual features. The design plan consisted of poured concrete floors throughout the two-level, 8,500-square-foot home, a load of three times the weight of more traditional wood flooring installed over plywood substrate. Due to its proximity to the bay, extensive pit tests were conducted to analyze the ground-water levels, sand and soil conditions, and the foundation was built using enough concrete to rebar and support a skyscraper.

“A project advocate. the voice of reason. a grounding force.”

Locust Valley Estate

This was a ground-up construction project of a 10,000-square-foot home. The waterfront project required a 15-month start-to-finish schedule, down to the last light switch and Certificate of Occupancy, which LC Three successfully delivered. The exterior of the shingle-style house is made of cedar shakes with solid mahogany trim, flush and recessed windows, many curved elements, and two brick chimneys. To top it off, the home was completed with exceptionally detailed craftsmanship constructed during one of the worst winters in a decade. The home also features an in-ground swimming pool, a finished apartment garage, a screened-in porch, and an elaborate playground for the family’s four children.
