The Vision of LC Three
The idea for LC THREE was born while I was paddle-boarding on Long Island Sound—a favorite activity to clear my head and generate ideas.
The concept of client representation was inspired by my belief that construction excellence—and client satisfaction—is best achieved when there are no gaps in communication and understanding between clients, designers, architects, and contractors, and that the recipe for success is first about creating the right team and then making sure the dialog among them is seamless. I knew I could marshal my construction experience, positivity, strength in administration, management, and delegation, and offer this bundle to all the players to become the client’s advocate, the contractor’s ally, the architect’s voice of reason, the subcontractor’s friend, and the project’s guardian angel.

I am able to explain all facets of complicated plans to our clients in clear layperson’s language that sets the stage for a stress-free experience. When it comes to speaking to design professionals, I am fluent in the vernacular of their trades and that qualification alone is often the “secret sauce” to the benefit of all involved and most importantly, the project itself.
LC THREE has become an internationally recognized client representation firm with offices in Locust Valley and NYC. I have recently added a full-service interior design division called LC THREE NEW YORK, and we continue to grow and evolve every day. We added LC THREE NEW YORK in 2020, a full-service interior design firm which completes the circle of services we provide to create your dream home—from the first site walk-through to thoughtfully placing the last throw pillow.
