LC THREE’s consulting services are customized for each client and the scope of work involved in their project. We first meet with our clients to get a feel for their communication style and project vision, so we are best able to tailor our services to bring them to fruition. We offer up-front real estate walk-throughs which allow us to make the best recommendations which can include the selection and hiring of architects, designers, and contractors.
We also talk clients through the overall construction process and then drill down with them through contracts, translating industry jargon to ensure that they are fully comfortable with the proposed work from broad strokes to key details, and have a good sense of who is responsible for each aspect of the job. Most importantly, we give clients a realistic timeline of the entire design-to-build process.
